How It Works
We ship you our tuning cable directly to your address.
You’ll need a Windows laptop (recommended) to complete the process.
Mac users can also tune by installing Parallels Desktop to run Windows.
Once you receive the cable, we’ll schedule your remote tuning session.
During your appointment, our technician connects to your computer via AnyDesk for secure remote access.
You won’t need to do anything yourself — we’ll be on the phone with you, controlling your computer and handling every step using our tuning software.
This process allows us to safely read, modify, and flash your ECU for maximum performance — no shipping, no downtime.
Purchase or Borrow Options
Borrow the Cable → Included with the standard service. Return it with the prepaid shipping label once tuning is complete.
Buy the Cable → Keep it for future revisions or multiple vehicles (upgrade fee).
(If the borrowed cable is not returned, the purchase fee will be charged.)
