How It Works
Place your order and provide your vehicle details at checkout.
Select your flashing method (CTZ Flasher, MHD, or BOOTMOD3).
We’ll confirm if your ECU requires an unlock before tuning.
Unlock Requirements
2019 BMW models:
Require an in-house ECU unlock performed by Custom Tunez before tuning.
2020+ BMW models (manufactured June 2020 and newer):
Require a FEMTO unlock or processing through our third-party unlock partner.
We’ll provide a prepaid shipping label for you to send your ECU for unlocking.
Once your ECU is unlocked and returned, you’ll be able to flash your tune directly from your phone using your preferred platform — no laptop or remote desktop required.
After the Unlock
Once your ECU is ready:
You can flash your car directly from your phone using CTZ Flasher, MHD, or BOOTMOD3.
Our team will remotely assist you through the entire flashing process.
