How It Works

• Place your order and provide your vehicle details (year, model, and ECU type).

• We ship you our CTZ Flasher device directly to your address.

• You can use either a Windows laptop (recommended) or your mobile phone (Android or iOS for supported models).

  • Mac users can tune by installing Parallels Desktop to run Windows if needed.

• Once you receive your CTZ Flasher, we’ll schedule your remote tuning session.

• Our technician connects to your computer or guides you through the process via AnyDesk for secure remote support.

• You don’t have to do anything yourself — we’ll be on the phone with you, controlling your screen and handling the full tuning process.

This method allows us to safely read, modify, and flash your ECU without removal or downtime.
 

ECU Unlock Requirements (2019–2020+ Models)

Some newer ECUs (especially Simos 19, MG1, and MD1) may require an unlock before tuning.

• We’ll confirm if your ECU needs this after reviewing your details.

• If required, we’ll provide a shipping label for you to send your ECU to us or our authorized unlock partner.

• Once unlocked, your ECU is returned ready to flash — after that, all future tune updates can be done remotely from your phone or laptop, no more shipping required.
   

Purchase or Borrow Options

• Borrow the CTZ Flasher → Included with your service price. Return it with the prepaid shipping label after tuning.

• Buy the CTZ Flasher → Keep it for future tunes, data logging, and diagnostics (+$400 upgrade fee).
  (If the borrowed flasher is not returned, the purchase fee will be charged.)
