  • If you’re using a Mac, install Parallels Desktop to switch between macOS and Windows for compatibility
• Download AnyDesk on your computer — this allows our technicians to access your system remotely and perform the tuning
• Our team connects via AnyDesk and handles the tuning process while you watch
• Once tuning is complete, enjoy a fully optimized BMW, customized to your driving style and performance goals
